Certification according to this standard is done by the Hobéon SKO certification foundation at level 1, 2 or 3.
When registering, it must be indicated for which sector the candidate wishes to be certified. A distinction is made between the following sectors:
• Testing before and during use, incl. Manufacturing
• Aviation
• Railway maintenance
It is possible to limit this to a specific product sector (Casting parts | Forging parts and kneaded products | Welding connections | Pipes & pipes)
In contrast to the earlier standards, these certificates are issued by the candidate's employer. This is because it concerns a company-specific certificate. The exam will be provided by TiaT at level 1 or 2.
This American way of certification can be used for candidates who conduct research in both the aerospace and / or equipment-steel construction industry.
To get the candidate certified, your company must have its own written practice, in which the training and exam requirements are described.
